Brain Gym® for Focus

EVENT: Saturday, March 19 from 11:00am-12:30pm

In this fast-paced world of constant change, can you easily calm and focus your attention? Learn some fun movement tools to help! Focus problems, including those labeled as ADD/ADHD, stem from the brain simply needing more integration (communication between its separate parts). Brain Gym is effective at reducing or eliminating attention difficulties naturally through movement rather than drugs. In this workshop, learn simple movements that access the integrated learning-ready states of the brain and enhance the capacity for focused attention. While these movements are great for all ages, this workshop is for teens and adults. Parents of younger children will learn techniques they can use right away at home.

Taught by Annette Pasternak, Ph.D.
Licensed Brain Gym Instructor/Consultant

Tuition: $15

At Holy Nativity Episcopal Church
6700 West 83rd Street, Westchester, CA 90045
Street parking available
