Brain Gym® 101

Three Saturdays: March 26, April 2 and April 9 from 9:00am–6:00pm

In this experiential semi-private course, learn how to use all the basics of Brain Gym, including all 26 standard Brain Gym movements, the powerful five-step balance process and more. We will practice different types of balances to bring your system in line with your specific goals, and you will see firsthand how Brain Gym balancing brings you more ease and joy in learning and life. Teachers and other professionals will learn how to integrate Brain Gym into their line of work, and parents will gain all the tools to help children with their learning.

The 24-hour Brain Gym 101 course will take place on three consecutive Saturdays in Los Angeles, CA. Please reply if you plan to attend, or if you have any questions about it, feel free to call Annette Pasternak, Ph.D., Licensed Brain Gym Instructor/Consultant at 310-614-1106.
