Peace of Mind and Cellular Peace

When there is peace in your cells, it’s much easier to find peace of mind. When we are unstable at the cellular level, mental instability is more likely to occur. In this session we will explore how we create overall physiological peace for our cells, tissue and organs through selecting and preparing foods and drinks that bring stability to our blood sugar, hormones, and nervous system. This physiological stability lays the foundation for mental and emotional stability.
