Positive Thinking for Times of Transition

EVENT: Sunday, June 27 from 2:00 to 5:00pm

Transition and change provide great opportunities for growth and moving on. Learn how to “accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative” and reduce stress in your life! Everyone welcome. Taught by Vidya Chaitanya, Director of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Los Angeles.
