Inner Peace, Outer Connection: Explore the Skills of Nonviolent Communication
Navigating the Challenges of the Holiday Season
Would you prefer to be a beacon of peace during the holidays, rather than a frazzled recipient of holiday expectations pouring in from friends, relatives, the world in general, even yourself? Imagine yourself able to replace frustration and crabbiness with joy and equanimity, whether you are alone or with others.
In this participatory workshop, we will learn ways to give ourselves support through honing our ability to connect with ourselves and others in a deeply satisfying way.
VENUE:

More practice! Once a month, gather with Gail to explore the skills of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) at the Yoga Center. Each session will focus on a particular theme. Save these Sundays in 2014: January 12, February 9 and March 23 from 2–5 p.m. Come for one workshop or commit to them all!
