Ala is a graduate of California College of Ayurveda with the title of Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. She has been practicing Ayurveda for over a decade using the knowledge she gained studing under the guidance of Ayurvedic experts including Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frowley, Dr. Mark Helpern, and Dr. Mishra.

Arun Deva practices Yoga and Ayurveda in Los Angeles. He is a senior Ayurvedic Practitioner, Vinyasa Krama Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) and an Ayur-yoga Certified Yoga Therapist. Having started his studies as a child growing up in India, he has made his home in Los Angeles for the past 30 years. He is the founder of Arunachala Yoga & Ayurveda, travels internationally teaching Ayurvedic and Yogic lifestyle workshops, writes articles for different publications and has a clinic for consultations and various treatments including panchakarma.
