Community Wellness Project - Sessions

Join us every Monday at our Community Wellness Project and be empowered to reclaim your health.

Learn about a variety of modalities. Schedule a sliding-scale session ($15 –50). All ages welcome.

We offer: Community Acupuncture, Alexander Technique, Ayurvedic Consultations, Chair Massage, Homeopathy, Lifestyle Counseling, Neuro/Biofeedback, Reiki, Stress Management, and Yoga Therapy.

Appointments are available between 9:00am and 4:00pm every Monday. Please call 310-822-9642 to schedule in advance. Or schedule online. Drop-ins possible for acupuncture, neuro/biofeedback and chair massage. The Sivananda Yoga Center is located at 13325 Beach Avenue in Marina del Rey.

Yoga Classes: All-levels Sivananda class 1:00–2:30pm ($10 members, $14 nonmembers); Wellbeing Prenatal Yoga class 3:30–4:30pm (by donation, resumes August 23)

Payment is by cash or check (or credit card for the yoga class only)—or use Our Time Bank “dollars.” (Find out about Our Time Bank, serving Culver City, Mar Vista and Palms.)
